Quick Look Into Interrogatory Sentence

An interrogatory sentence is, in simplest terms, a sentence that demands an answer. Interrogatories are created by lawyers or attorneys that pertain to a specific situation.  An interrogatory will consist of a series of questions that will be answered by an individual.
Interrogatories are given to an individual after they have pressed charges or filed a complaint against another individual. The questions that will appear on the interrogatory will give the defending lawyer information about the situation. This allows for both parties to be on the same page. If the two parties do not agree on the answers found in the interrogatory, the questions will be asked again while in court.
Lawyers typically draft an interrogatory with the help of their client. The questions will vary depending on the reason a person is being sued, but will generally address one situation or issue.
