Superior Court of California?



A Superior Court of California is a legal venue in
the State of California that maintains the jurisdictional authority to retry,
review, or reexamine specific cases that have received rulings from lower
courts and venues located within the State of California. A Superior Court of
California is a Court exists within the realm of Common Law.



A Superior
Court of California is permitted to hear cases both criminal and civil in
nature. This is in contrast to a court classified as β€˜lower’, which is
restricted to the judicial review of cases considered to be less severe in
nature. A Superior Court of California maintains the jurisdiction of over the
58 Counties within the State of California with regard to the respective cities
and towns compiling them.
